KEM DIGITAL MINISTRY STRATEGY

Building KEM’s Digital Ministry for the Future

One connected ministry experience: a public website that helps people discover biblical truth, and a private platform that helps them learn, participate, and grow.

THE OPPORTUNITY

More than a church website

With more than 500 video teachings, an expanding collection of short-form videos, published books, and plans for devotionals, courses, challenges, community participation, and multilingual outreach, KEM already possesses the foundation of a significant global teaching ministry.

The proposed structure allows KEM to begin with what it already has, increase its public reach, and introduce advanced discipleship capabilities in responsible stages. The goal is not simply to generate website traffic. The goal is to turn attention into learning, learning into application, application into transformation, and transformation into service.

ONE MINISTRY • TWO CONNECTED PARTS

A clear division of responsibilities

Visitors experience one unified KEM identity, while each part of the system is built to do its own job exceptionally well.

  • Articles, events, and testimonies
  • Email subscriptions and donations
  • Multilingual public content

  • Personal accounts and dashboards
  • Courses and progress tracking
  • Twenty-eight-day challenges
  • Notes, reflections, and learning plans
  • Prayer, testimony, and community groups
  • Personalized recommendations and future AI tools
Its role: KEM’s discipleship, participation, and relationship engine.
HOW THE PARTS WORK TOGETHER

From first contact to active discipleship

1

Discover

A person encounters a KEM reel, search result, teaching, or recommendation.

2

Explore

The public website presents the complete teaching and related resources.

3

Connect

The visitor subscribes, downloads a guide, or begins a devotional.

4

Grow

The member platform guides a course, challenge, or learning path.

5

Serve

The person joins others, shares testimony, volunteers, gives, or invites someone.

THE DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP

Six manageable phases

Each phase produces real ministry value before the next major investment is made.

PHASE 01

Establish the New Public Foundation

Transform the approved design into a modern, secure, mobile-friendly WordPress website. Build the homepage, Start Here experience, teaching library, books, course and challenge introductions, devotionals, search, and administrative procedures.

Result: A credible and manageable public ministry website.
PHASE 02

Organize and Multiply Existing Content

Turn the 500-plus videos into a searchable teaching library with titles, descriptions, speakers, transcripts, Scripture references, subjects, series, and related resources. Develop a repeatable process for producing reels, articles, devotionals, quotations, study questions, emails, and audio from each teaching.

Result: Every teaching becomes a permanent, reusable ministry asset.
PHASE 03

Build the Audience and Distribution System

Establish regular short-form publishing, search visibility, email campaigns, free guides, podcast distribution, testimony collection, ministry partnerships, multilingual pilots, and performance measurement.

Result: KEM actively brings its material to people instead of waiting to be found.
PHASE 04

Launch the Initial Member Platform

Introduce secure registration, a personal dashboard, saved teachings, learning history, one foundational course, one 28-day challenge, progress tracking, reminders, and personal reflections.

Result: KEM begins measuring and supporting ongoing discipleship.
PHASE 05

Expand Discipleship and Community

Add learning paths, additional courses and challenges, progress milestones, prayer, testimonies, moderated groups, accountability, leadership development, volunteering, and regional connections—with clear privacy and pastoral safeguards.

Result: KEM develops a connected community rather than anonymous traffic.
PHASE 06

Add Personalization, AI, and Mobile Access

Introduce personalized recommendations, guided biblical study, search across the complete KEM archive, carefully governed AI assistance, translation support, mobile notifications, offline listening, and eventually a KEM mobile application.

Result: A unified global media, discipleship, and community platform.
RESPONSIBLE STEWARDSHIP

Why the phased approach matters

This plan limits risk, avoids premature spending, gives the public website immediate value, and allows the board to review evidence before each major expansion.

Every phase should have:

  • A defined purpose and written scope
  • A proposed budget and schedule
  • A responsible ministry leader
  • Measurable ministry outcomes
  • A formal board review before expansion
MEASURING WHAT MATTERS

Traffic is only the beginning

REACH

Visitors, views, search visibility, subscribers, countries, and languages reached.

ENGAGEMENT

THE VISION

Build the infrastructure to help people discover truth, understand Scripture, develop disciplined lives, connect with others, and become equipped to serve the Kingdom of God.
